All shipments are made by UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Street addresses are required and we can not ship to Post Office Box numbers. Backorders will be filled and shipped as soon as available, unless cancelled by the customer. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and RA number. Customers should call 800-666-6635 for return information. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returns not due to manufacture defect or Alamar Uniforms error.
